No work begins until both parties have signed off on a complete 2D and 3D visualisation of the finished project. What you see is what gets built.
A single contract covers every element of your project from design through to aftercare. One team is accountable for everything, with no gaps in responsibility.
Every project is delivered against a detailed fixed-price proposal. The figure agreed at the design stage does not change without your written agreement.
Every project carries a 24-month workmanship warranty and a 10-year insurance-backed structural warranty. If something needs attention after completion, we are a phone call away.

Nureno is run by three founding directors, each with over 20 years of industry experience. Every one of them is actively involved across every project we take on. There is no layer of management between you and the people who know the work.

In 2012, he progressed to Design & Sales Manager for a family-run kitchen and interiors business, where he designed his first showroom and led both sales and installation teams.
In 2018, Kevin established his own design and build company, with Stevens Design Refurbishment & Build Ltd formally registered in 2019. Over the past seven years, the business has built a strong reputation delivering mid-to-high-end domestic building, kitchen and interior projects.
Nureno Limited represents the next stage in this evolution. The rebrand reflects the company's growth into a full-service design and build provider, undertaking larger-scale, fully-procured residential projects. This strategic repositioning aligns with our long-term vision and is further supported by our membership with the Federation of Master Builders, reinforcing our commitment to quality, professionalism and best practice.
Where We Work
