Our in-house team produces complete 2D plans and 3D renders. You see every detail before work begins.

Once the design is signed off we produce a detailed fixed-price proposal covering every element. Transparent pricing, clear timelines, no surprises.

Every trade, every material and every detail coordinated under one contract by a named project manager from day one to handover.

On completion we walk through the finished project with you and hand it back with a 24-month workmanship and 10-year structural warranty.
THE DESIGN FEE
How the design process works depends on where you are starting from. If you already have architectural plans, we price from those and design your interiors as part of the project. If you are starting from scratch, we charge a design fee that comes off your final bill if you proceed. Either way, you own the design outright and are free to take it to market if you wish. You are never locked in.
We price from your existing plans and design your interiors as part of the renovation project. No design fee is charged. Interior design and specification are included as part of the full project scope.
We manage the full design process, from the initial brief through to a complete interior specification and 3D visualisation of the finished spaces. A design fee applies, which comes off your final bill if you proceed. You own the design outright.
