As Project Manager at Nureno, you will be the single point of contact for our clients throughout the build phase of every project. You will coordinate every trade, manage every stage of the build and ensure that what gets delivered matches the design that was agreed at sign-off. This is a hands-on role with real accountability.
Morning On Site Before 9
The day starts on site. You visit the active projects, check progress against programme, speak with the trades on the ground and resolve anything that needs resolving before the client day begins. You know exactly where every project stands before you pick up the phone.
Midday Client and Trade Coordination
The middle of the day is where the coordination happens. Client calls, supplier confirmations, trade scheduling for the following week. If a variation has come up on a live project, this is where it is documented, costed and agreed in writing before anything changes on site.
Afternoon Programme and Handover Preparation
Afternoons are for looking ahead. Reviewing upcoming project milestones, preparing for the next site start, and managing the handover process on projects approaching completion. Every handover includes a full walk-through against the original design. Nothing is signed off until it matches what was agreed.
Our projects are home extensions, renovations, loft conversions, kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor spaces across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey. Every project is delivered under a single contract with a fixed price agreed before work begins. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring every project is delivered to the standard that was sold and signed off. The work is high quality, the clients are engaged and the accountability is real.
