THE DESIGN FEE
How the design process works depends on where you are starting from. If you already have architectural plans, we price from those and design your interiors as part of the project. If you are starting from scratch, we charge a design fee that comes off your final bill if you proceed.
Either way, you own the design outright and are free to take it to market if you wish. You are never locked in.
